Why the good times go first
Colour takes time, and that shapes the diary. A full head of foils, a balayage, a colour correction or a keratin straightening can take most of a morning or a good part of an afternoon. Those appointments are the first to disappear, especially on a Saturday, which is why our regular clients tend to rebook before they leave the chair.
If you ring for a colour service you have not had with us before, we will ask a few questions — what has been on your hair, when, and what you are hoping for. That is not gatekeeping. Shorter appointments, easier to fit in
Not every visit needs half a day. A cut and blow-dry, a gloss refresh, a gel or acrylic nail set, a lash lift with a brow tidy, a wax or a spray tan can often be slotted in around the bigger jobs. If you only have an hour, say so when you ring and we will tell you plainly what fits and what does not.
Clinic appointments work the same way. IPL and laser hair removal, laser pigmentation and microdermabrasion are booked in a course, and some need a patch test or a gap between sessions. Ask when you call and we will map the whole thing out for you.
If you are not sure what to ask for
Plenty of people ring and say “I just want it to look better.” That is a perfectly good brief. Describe your hair, your routine and how much time you actually spend on it in the morning, and we will work out the service from there. Our pricing page gives you a guide before you pick up the phone.
One small thing. If something changes, let us know as early as you can. A cancelled appointment is a slot somebody else would have loved, and an early call means we can usually fill it. Find us here.
