What to tell us when you call.

A quick call saves everyone time. It helps if you can tell us roughly what you are after, whether you have been to us before, and if there is a stylist you like to see. For colour, it is worth mentioning anything that has been on your hair recently, including box colour.

For clinical treatments, ask for a consultation rather than a treatment slot. It is free, it takes less time, and it means your first real appointment is booked with the right amount of time set aside.
